I am a certified Personal Trainer for women and I thrive on the challenge of helping clients reach their fitness goals. I do One-On-One and home training in the Portland, Oregon metro area. I also offer an online Fitness Program For Women designed for women who are determined to reshape their bodies, build muscle tone and gain strength.
