The Elf Bar BC5000 is a disposable vape device that is designed to be very easy to use. Here are the basic steps for using it: Take the Elf Bar BC5000 out of the packaging. Remove the rubber plug from the mouthpiece. If there is a sticker on the bottom of the device, remove it. Take a puff on the mouthpiece to activate the device. If the device does not activate, check to make sure that the battery is not dead or that the mouthpiece is not clogged.
