I am here as your grief companion. I can offer a safe and supportive space where you can speak your mind openly and honestly, slowly process thoughts and feelings, understand how grief is in your body, and just be yourself. You do not have to pretend with me. You do not have to be the strong one. I am not here to judge, and I will not rush your healing. I will meet you as you are and where you are in your grief.  I would be honoured to walk with you as your companion in grief.
