IL TRICOLORE, ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN RAMSGATE, KENT Il Tricolore is an Italian restaurant based in Harbour Street, Ramsgate, Kent providing high quality Italian food, wine and beers since 2014. Il Tricolore was opened in May 2014 by owner and head chef, Fatos Hykaj who had worked in various local restaurants for a number of years. Il Tricolore decided to move to a higher profiled location in Thanet which resulted them moving from King St to Harbour St back in November 2017.
