Fix Your Why

Fix Your Why is a leadership training initiative launched by Billy Ryan. A native to the Chicago area, Billy moved from Southern California in 2019 to join Kolter Homes as their Palm Beach County Vice President. He was named as a Legend in Residential Marketing by the National Association of Home Builders National Sales.
