"Lisa founded Denver Pilates Girl Studio in 2022 after teaching for 2 years at her home studio. The larger studio is focused on learning and empowering each individual student and redefining movement patterns. Here she teaches the classical method designed by Joseph Pilates. My mission is to bring a positive approach to movement and help guide all body types to reach their fitness goals with the original Pilates Method."
