EU Settlement Scheme – EU Visa Application The advent of Brexit brought about the EU Settlement Scheme which requires EU, EEA and Swiss citizens to apply if they wish to continue living in the United Kingdom after 30 June 2021 with successful applications leading to either settled or pre-settled status. The deadline for applying for the scheme is 30 June 2021 but we would advise applying as soon as possible in order to avoid unexpected delays if, for example, you are missing information or evidence.
