In the year 2000, Billy made the move to Edmonton, where his musical journey continued to flourish. He composed a jingle for a CMT music special, embarked on European adventures, and graced television screens alongside various music artists. His talent also graced some of the most significant events, including the Big Valley Jamboree, Merritt Mountain Music Festival, The Brier, The Scott Tournament of Hearts, and more. Billy is determined to build upon his impressive achievements in the music industry. Today, Billy is imparting his musical knowledge by teaching guitar in Edmonton. He also collaborates with a range of Canadian Recording Artists and lends his musical prowess to recording projects in studios across Canada.
