In 2021, Matthew and Ann Marie embarked on a culinary venture, pioneering artisanal culinary excellence that spans generations within the Giusto family. With a commitment to preserving tradition, they introduced Napa Valley Artisan, a culinary establishment that reflects the family's dedication to natural and organically sourced ingredients. At the heart of their culinary offerings is the integration of Northern Italian flavors, a homage to Ann Marie's heritage and a nod to the small towns of Lucca and Porcari, where her parents, Louis and Neva Giorgi, unknowingly lived near each other before separately immigrating to the United States over six decades ago. Fate brought them together in Northern California, where they married and laid the foundation for a rich family history. Napa Valley Artisan not only celebrates the Giusto Family legacy but also incorporates the culinary influence of Northern Italy into their offerings.
