The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a scheme which allows UK Energy Management to improve the energy efficiency of individual households through a range of different measures, where these are designed to improve living standards whilst reducing energy consumption. ?The ECO scheme is an efficiency project administered by the regulator Ofgem, where its target is to tackle fuel poverty whilst also reducing carbon emissions.
