Carlton Dry Cleaners commenced trading in 1994, Brought into being by the Partnership of Kathleen Humphreys; Philip Humphreys; and Susan Milner. Between them these partners had a combined experience of over forty years in the Dry Cleaning Industry and members off several recognized trade Associations.
