Co-Founded by Scott Mortier, AeroCare began with a vision to revolutionize the way residential, commercial, and industrial buildings are maintained. As a Homeowner’s Association President in a community of 2,100+ homes, Scott was continually amazed at the number of homeowners who were unaware that their home’s roof and exterior needed to be cleaned on a regular basis. Not to mention the poor customer service homeowners received from unlicensed, and untrained pressure washing “companies” offered property owners. Broken roof tiles and damaged landscaping were not the exception but rather the rule. Then as luck would have it, Scott met Marcell Haywood, the founder of Encompass Onsite, a $50MM+ facilities maintenance business. Marcell and his Aerial Operations team were redefining the $267 billion facility maintenance industry by leveraging cutting edge technology, state of the art training, and exceptional customer service.
