We raise F1 cross cattle by breeding our registered Akaushi Wagyu bull with registered Angus and Pinzgauer cows. Wagyu are known for their high marbling content and elevated levels of oleic acid, a healthier monounsaturated fat. This results in beef that not only boasts exquisite marbling but also offers heart-healthy benefits by lowering cholesterol.
