Leeds is the youngest office in the Alan Wood & Partners family, having been established in 2019 by Director Kim Han. Kim has 35 years of experience in the Leeds construction market, and his knowledge and contacts have been invaluable in making the office a success. Based on Howley Business Park Village in Morley, our Leeds office has grown to a total of thirteen engineers and technical staff since being founded. It specialises in civil and structural engineering, along with providing surveying services to clients. Staff in our Leeds office work across a range of sectors including residential, retail and leisure, industrial and commercial, and energy. The office recently worked on the conversion of the Debenhams building in Briggate, Leeds, into student accommodation and has been the design lead on a number of high-rise developments across the city. Long standing clients include Veolia Environmental, Algeco and Magnavale.
