Medication Refills: Focus DFW

It is our office policy that all our patients who are on Controlled substance medications such as Stimulants (Ex: Adderall, Vyvanse, Concerta, Ritalin, Focalin etc.,) and Benzodiazepines (Ex: Xanax, Clonazepam, Ativan, etc.,) needs to be seen by our provider either in person or in a virtual visit to get a refill of these medications. So that the patients are given appropriate dosages and number of pills until their next appointment. These medications are highly abusable and at times addictive; this policy, is placed in order to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.
