As the founder and head coach at EJS Golf in Scottsdale, AZ, I’ve dedicated over 25 years to perfecting the art and science of golf instruction. My name is coach Erik Schjolberg, and I’ve made it my mission to ensure that every golfer who steps into my teaching bay experiences measurable improvement from their very first lesson. I’m not just a golf coach—I’m a relentless advocate for my students’ success, committed to turning every swing into an opportunity for growth. My approach is simple yet powerful: I focus on making you a better striker of the golf ball, utilizing cutting-edge technology like the Trackman 4 Launch Monitor, GRF Analysis, 3D Video, Hackmotion, and more. Each tool I use is selected with one goal in mind—helping you reach your full potential. I don’t believe in the idea that you have to get worse before you get better.
