Dynamis Counseling

We provide individual, family, couples/marital, and psychoeducational groups. We strive to meet people where they are and help identify where their potential could take them. Our focus is on increasing awareness and understanding of self. We work with people to draw on and build upon their existing strengths. We work with you to establish a plan to help get you from where you are to where to where you want to be. At Dynamis we focus on the whole person mind, body and spirit.
