Our pizza products are made using premium OO flour from NSW, our 25-year-old natural sourdough starter, Melbourne's finest water, and a lot of time. The dough is rested for 48 hours and then hand-stretched and stone-baked in our ovens. From Scratch Dough bases and doughballs are the perfect way to make your own pizzas at home or elevate your restaurant menu.
