There is nothing more frustrating that when a silly injury stops you from working as hard as you want to. The knee joint is a prime candidate when it comes to a joint that can really hold you back. The knee is used for most movements, on top of just walking day to day. A sore knee can really hold you back. Using a knee sleeve can help warm the joint and support the muscles and tendons of the joint, allowing for a more pleasant and 'happy' knee. The only problem is they are a pain to put on and take off.Until now!After several years of intense fitness, my right knee started to ache. The normal approach of physio, anti-inflammatories and rest only helped short term. Naturally, l turned to wearing knee sleeves. It helped to stop the pain returning.The only problem was that l had to put them on well before the workout, by removing my shoes, fold them down around my ankles.
