The Most Knowledgeable Capt. in Miami! Capt Joe is a U.S. Coast Guard master licensed captain and a certified diver. Capt Joe has been boating in Miami, Florida and the Bahamas for over 35 years. In 1998 he started running charters to the Bahamas.
