BRC Ontario (Business Registration Center) offers business registration and business incorporation services for Canadian small businesses and entrepreneurs via the Service Ontario online registration system. It has in-house lawyers and accountants who file articles of incorporation and all corporate filings. Other services available are registration and renewal of master business licence and corporate filing, such as initial return, annual return, notice of change, corporation's name change, trade name registration, corporate supplies, not-for-profit company set up, registered charities set up, corporate kits, by-laws, and minute book, etc. BRC Ontario is also known as the one-stop shop for business registration and other filings.
