Occupational Therapists (OTs) help to improve or maintain everyday activities for people with a physical, mental or cognitive challenge. OTs assess a persons activities of daily living (ADLs), which can include the things you need to do (get out of bed, shower, dress, eat, etc) and the things you want to do (leisure activities, etc).
