North Louisiana Football Alliance Short Description. The NLFA is an American developmental football league created by Air Force veteran and rapper Holland Witherspoon (Mr. Envi). It was founded in 2019 with the goal of providing opportunities to aspiring American football athletes who were missing out on opportunities to attend college football programs.
