House Flipping vs. Note Investing: Which is Right for You?

People always ask me if I invest in anything other than mortgage notes. Yes I do! However, property isn’t one of them. That’s usually followed by a “why not?”. And here I’ll tell you why. House flipping, or fixing and flipping, while potentially lucrative, not only comes with its share of challenges but it’s a lot of WORK too. I’m not only risk-averse, but I’m also work-averse! I’m just being honest here. I want my money to work for ME, not the other way around.
