We recently acquired our Las Vegas property, which is currently undergoing redevelopment. This 12-acre Outpost terminal in North Las Vegas will deliver essential fleet infrastructure in one of the Southwest's fastest-growing freight markets. Plans include two industrial buildings and over 9 acres of redeveloped truck and trailer parking. The 38,000 SF flex building will offer a mix of office and warehouse space—ideal for fleets and 3PLs expanding their regional presence. A separate 16,000 SF industrial building will serve contractors and logistics operators needing warehouse space with direct yard access.
