Put up an A4 size paper in your documentary tray Turn on the printer, Now just press the Power button. Select your preferred brand program from the list of installed applications. Now, choose to Maintain the Printer and then Device Reports. Choose Print Diagnostic Details to view basic information about your printer, including ink status.
