Rann of Kutch situated in Gujarat every year under the guidance and support of Gujarat tourism celebrates a 3-month festival known as RANN UTSAV, which starts from Oct to Feb month. The tourists or the visitors who attend this desert festival stay in the TENT CITY set up by the event organizers near white rann. The most attractive feature of this festival is every evening there is dance and music performed by expert artists. The RANN UTSAV is initiated by the Gujarat Government under the Gujarat tourism ministry.
