Hi, I am a Zumba, Dance, and fitness instructor for classes of all ages in many different settings, e.g gyms, schools, residential homes, family centers, and carnivals across Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire. I have been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years and achieved Bach. Degree in sport, exercise, and coaching in 2021.
