St. John's Lutheran Church in Oxford, Nebraska is a beautiful, small town, Christ centered church in the scenic Republican River Valley. As an integral part of our community, for 140 years St. John's has sought to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Harlan and Furnas Counties. Through careful and continued study of God’s Word, we seek to live our lives in service to God and care for our neighbors, whoever they may be. St. John's Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod (LCMS).
