With a wish list of botanicals from Adriane's favourite gins, we sought to create a cleaner drink, light and easy for making lower alcohol, lower calorie our favourite cocktails like spritzes, mojitos and margaritas and some new ones too. From the start, we also felt strongly about using Australian native ingredients, full of natural flavour without anything artificial. With our fashion and beauty marketing experience, we were determined from the outset to be different from traditional and male dominated spirits. We wanted to create a likeminded community who were looking for ways to drink less without compromise, and to be as much of a visual experience as a better way to drink.
