Wockhardt syrup contains the active ingredient Levocetirizine dihydrochloride, which is a member of a group of drugs called antihistamines used for treating allergies. It works by blocking histamine receptors which occurs naturally in the body and cause allergic symptoms such as a runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
