The Appointment Booking App by Atereo keeps a detailed record of when messages were sent, opened, and replied to. If a patient has many appointments, you can send them all in one message. If a clinic needs to be cancelled, patients can quickly receive cancellation notices. Atereo Appointment Booking can offer an appointment to other patients if it becomes available, even if it is at a later stage.
