I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor, working in a Person Centred and Solution Focused modality. I work remotely with clients to help reduce and manage their stress and anxiety levels and develop a better understanding of how stress and anxiety work. I can help people who are experiencing grief and loss, as well as lack of direction, motivation, self esteem and confidence issues.
