Captain CharlieĀ Johnson grew up in Negril, Jamaica. Eager to learn, Charlie got his start in the charter industry, selling tours and charters to visitors. He came to the Cayman Islands in 2003 to work with a large charter company on the island. That experience taught him all about the Cayman waters and Cayman culture.
