Fapivir 200 mg tablets are taken only at the dose and duration suggested by your doctor. Do not self-medicate. The most common side effects of this drug include increased uric acid levels in the blood, diarrhea, decreased white blood cell (neutrophil) count, and increased liver enzymes. If you experience an allergic reaction after taking the medicine or if any of the side effects bother you, tell your doctor.
