If you own a swimming pool, spa or inflatable childrens pool, its important to understand the legislative obligations now required by your local council. As of December 2019, the Victorian Government passed legislation that enforces mandatory registration of swimming pools and spas, as a way of implementing increased safety measures in the residential sector.
