As a result of ongoing government-imposed travel restrictions, many of our customers have regrettably become impacted by forced tour suspensions or are choosing to postpone their trips due to ongoing uncertainty. We are equally frustrated that this unprecedented event continues to impact our customers' travel plans and are doing everything we can to keep our customers informed, where required. At this stage we have contacted those with scheduled Australian and New Zealand tour departures until 30 November 2021. This is a very time-consuming process while we work with our suppliers to understand the best outcome for each individual booking.
