I am Karl Lillrud. I am a professional speaker.I realized that I did not think like my friends or classmates. It started many years ago when I was a child, thinking that I was stupid. It turned out that I had dyslexia. BUT it changed my life for the better. I identified my first superpower; this has helped me bring to life all my creativity and a hardworking spirit. I realized that I was not a follower, BUT a change leader. A challenger that did not just accept things without truly understanding them. With that way of thinking, I started to “break” down assumptions and “it just is that way” reasoning. This enabled me to see opportunities, break boundaries, seek opportunities and find solutions where other people got stuck.
