Individual counseling allows you to work one on one with a skilled therapist in a safe, confidential, and empathetic environment. Your therapist will be caring and create a private space for you, outside of your current system, where it is safe to explore yourself. Your counselor will help you look at experiences from childhood and adolescence to become aware of your current patterns of thought and behavior. This will you help you identify what gets in the way of you living your life the way you want to and will challenge you to change and grow.
