Our consultant plastic surgeon, Dr Ng Siew Weng was the first plastic surgeon from Singapore General Hospital (SGH) to have undergone a one year intensive training in the field of Plastic Surgery in South Korea under the Ministry of Health's Human Manpower Development Programme Scholarship (HMDP).
