Training for Life

Based in Ipswich, Training for Life delivers fully accredited mental health training and mental health first aid courses to organisations and individuals across Suffolk, Norfolk & Kent. Training for Life is fully equipped to deliver structured, valuable training that teaches people how to spot the signs of mental ill health, use developed interpersonal skills to engage with at risk individuals and either prevent mental health crises or offer support when they do occur. Each member of Training for Life’s team has undergone detailed training to become licensed Mental Health First Aid Instructors on MFHA England’s programme – an initiative which has been accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health. Our fully trained team of instructors delivers both adult and youth mental health first aid courses, as well as workplace mental health training and suicide prevention training.
