Lululemon has officially opened at 761 Asbury Avenue, taking over the corner space long known as the Bourse Building (formerly Ron Jon Surf Shop). The Ocean City Regional Chamber celebrated the ribbon cutting on August 8. The move adds another national brand to a stretch already packed with local favorites between 6th and 14th Streets, and it solidifies the 8th & Asbury corner as a high?foot?traffic anchor downtown.
