Run by marketing Director Karen Curtin and established back in 2015, the village of Graven Hill is a multi-stakeholder community where everyone contributes to the village around them. The company offers plots for homes that can be self-built, and home designs that are pre-existing but that are adaptable. Clients who want to live here have the option to design and/or build their own dream home, right in the heart of the beautiful Bicester countryside. Since its inception in the early 2010’s. Graven Hill has expanded to become known as the UK’s largest self and custom build project. The village has developed excellent transport links, has developed schooling solutions for children, and has even managed to attract a landlord to its own pub. The future town has been designed to marry wildlife and nature with the everyday lifestyles of its residents.
