Established in the heady days of Summer 2012, our macaron flavours are inspired by and created using ingredients from across the UK. We use the fruit, vegetables and herbs of the season to make unique and delicious macarons where the flavours become available as the ingredients do. All of our products are made in a kitchen where there is no gluten, so they are suitable for Coeliacs and we use only Vegetarian colourings.
