Procreate App for PC / Procreate App for Windows is good. However, I only see one issue. Layers. I dislike that getting layers as an option requires payment. Drawing is a little more difficult without layers because people frequently utilise them. I’m having issues. But, yes. I only see that as a problem. I would give you five stars if you could make the layers freely usable.
