Netflix announces season 4 of ‘The Umbrella Academy’ will mark the end of the series
The Umbrella Academy is one of the best-known series on the Netflix streaming platform, which has millions of fans around the world.
Those who follow the series and like it, we have 2 news, which arrive with a bittersweet taste. First came confirmation that season 4 of The Umbrella Academy is going to be a reality, and at the same time confirmation that this will be the final season.
That’s right, Netflix today announced that its live-action adaptation of Gerard Way and Gabriel Bá’s The Umbrella Academy will come to an end with season 4, which will feature the entire series’ main cast.
In a statement to Variety, Steve Blackman said season 4 of The Umbrella Academy would bring the Hargreeves’ journey to a “proper end” after season 3 left the brothers stranded without their powers in a new timeline.

While Netflix’s opinion of this series has already surpassed those of the comics it’s based on, Blackman shared that he knows a little bit and it stands to reason that we’ll see some of that in season 4. there is information on when production on season 4 will begin, and as such, there is no premiere date.
