The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 Durability Test ! Did it withstand the challenges?
With Samsung’s new Galaxy Z Fold 4 arriving on the market, it’s time to assess whether this folding smartphone is up to what is asked of it. The fact of having a different screen than usual brings some challenges, which are expected to be overcome.

Samsung’s new Galaxy Z Fold 4 are starting to be delivered to customers who have pre-ordered. This new smartphone follows much of what the brand has revealed in previous years, improving it in some key points and increasing the usable area that these screens offer.
With this availability, tests and evaluations also begin, trying to show if they are up to what is expected. After several problems, solved over the last few years, it’s time to see if the fourth generation of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 maintains the same quality and resistance.
The Z Fold 4 maintains the quality of the previous one
To show this, the well-known YouTube channel JerryRigEverything has tested and abused this smartphone. The tests, as always, are aggressive, but they show that Samsung’s quality standards have not been lowered and the new model continues with high quality standards.
As with previous models, the biggest problem is the inner screen, which is designed to bend and is therefore less resistant. Even so, all the rest of the structure is more resistant and the aluminum present performs even better, resisting longer and with less impact for users.
The biggest problem continues to be the interior screen, which, given its function and usability, has to be manufactured with more sensitive and less resistant materials. Still, Samsung has kept the same quality and durability in this screen that has to fold so many times a day.
More than this test, in which the Galaxy Z Fold 4 performed well, it remains to be seen how it will be used over time. There are no known massive issues, but, as usual, there are users with reported issues and who show some problems on their screens.
