Galaxy S22 comes with New Update
Got a Galaxy S22? You will like the new update from Samsung
Samsung has announced a major software update that aims to improve the cameras of the Galaxy S22 series devices. For example, this update unlocks so-called hyperlapse videos for the telephoto camera. In addition, the integrated QR scanner has been optimised for ease of operation.
Hyperlapse photos are now possible on the Galaxy S22 with the wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle lenses. But with this update it is also possible to use it with the telephoto lens.
The QR scanner must, in turn, cover a larger image area as a feature. According to Samsung, other improvements are related to HDR performance and color reproduction. In addition, RAM requirements and AI performance in photo and video modes, and especially in night mode, can be significantly improved. If that wasn’t enough to justify this smartphone update, then know that stabilisation has also been optimised.

The updates described above will be coming soon to the Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra in South Korea. Optimizations can also be expected internationally, but it may take a little longer for them to become available.
Samsung is also rolling out hyperlapse videos for the telephoto lens and QR code scanner improvements on Galaxy S21 series devices. However, the other optimizations are reserved for the S22.
