Google Ready to Launch Revamped Interface for Gmail
Google has plans to launch its revamped Gmail user interface later this November. Once the interface is available, it will make it a consistent experience for users.
In a post related to this update, the search giant says that this new interface will become a standard experience for Gmail users, and that once it is released later this month, there will be no option to revert to the “original view”.
Also, the new interface allows users to change the Gmail theme and inbox type. Users can choose to keep the Google Chat or Google Meet apps new interface. Google offers a different area for system labels, that helps you to select favorite apps on the left side of the window, and also gives the ability to customize them.
Earlier this year, Google unveiled a new design for its email service. In addition, Google applications such as Meet, Google Chat and Space have been merged into one. Users won’t have the option to switch to the old Gmail design, as the new interface has all these features, something that current versions don’t have.
