LG Innotek announces New incomparable Camera module

The smartphone market has seen more and more implementations in the photographic sector, and it is more and more frequent that we see phones equipped with telephoto and periscope lenses, which are capable of providing zoom levels that were unthinkable until a few years ago.
Now, LG has introduced a new photographic module, which will improve the photography sector of future high-end smartphones, which are equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, Qualcomm’s most powerful chip.
The new photographic module promises to be able to offer high quality images without any degradation, and to achieve this goal, LG has a “zoom actuator” capable of quickly defining the focus. In addition, optical image stabilization will play an equally important role, minimizing blurring of photos wherever possible.
LG defines the new photo module as “incomparable”, giving users the possibility to freely act on the degree of magnification they want to apply, which varies from four to nine times. In addition, the company has worked hard to make said module as compact as possible, leaving more space available inside the devices for the installation of other components, in addition to offering manufacturers the possibility of eliminating, or at least reducing, the bulge of the photographic module that we usually find.
Considering that, as already mentioned, the module will be available for smartphones equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, LG claims to be working with Qualcomm to compose and optimize the respective software.
